Oil palm is one of the leading plantation commodities in Indonesia. The advantages of palm oil make Indonesia the most significant producer and exporter of palm oil in the world. Environmentally friendly palm oil is the high global and international market demand for palm oil industry products. One of the government's efforts to standardize the sustainability of palm oil production is to enforce the mandatory ISPO policy for oil palm smallholders and companies. ISPO certification has 5 principles based on Permentan No 38 of 2020. The aim of this research is to analyze ISPO certification implementation, analyze the challenges of ISPO certification implementation and develop a strategy to accelerate ISPO implementation. The research was conducted at KUD Makmur Lestari Kenantan Village, Tapung, Kampar. The respondends are the plasma oil palm smallholders who have carried out replanting. The cluster sampling was used to select 30 farmers. The research method used is GAP analysis. The results show that ISPO implementation in KUD Makmur Lestari in meeting ISPO standards had achieved a score of 1.96 or a percentage of 96%. This capability can still be increased up to 100% by increasing efforts to fulfill indicators that are still not in accordance with ISPO regulations, namely the fulfillment of STDB documents.
