Journal of English Educational Issues (JOEEI) is an academic journal published by the English Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University Pekanbaru, Indonesia. This journal is a medium for researchers and lecturers to publish their articles. The purpose of this journal is to facilitate the scientific publication of research results to enhance the quality and quantity of research and scientific works. This journal discusses various issues in education, ranging from learning materials, language acquisition, discourse analysis, teacher strategies, teaching methodologies, assessment techniques to curriculum development, technology in education, and socio-cultural issues related to language learning. This journal is published twice a year, in January and June.
