The changes in thermoelectric power of phonon attraction (∆Sg) and electron diffusion (∆Se) of Cu-Ag alloy with small concentration to pure copper have been calculated. It is assumed that Rayleigh's law for phonon scattering by impurity material with relaxation time τi = (aω4)-1. The experimental results are used to obtain the parameters A and a using numerical methods and calculated at a certain temperature (90K) below the Debye temperature. After that, ∆Sg can be calculated as a function of temperature and displayed, as well as the electron diffusion part (∆Se) obtained from the equation ∆Se = ∆S - ∆Sg. The impurity materials used are 0.2% Ag and 0.09% Ag. ∆Sg and ∆Se show dependence on the percentage of impurity materials.
